Strategic Plan

Western Region Health centre faces many challenges and opportunities. Among these is our ability to respond to changing community health needs; build upon our reputation for innovative service provision; strengthen our infrastructure; respond to emerging government policy; and most importantly, to meet client expectations. Staff recruitment and retention, and ensuring a positive culture that is innovative and responsive are also challenges.

It provided a range of medical services including treatments of industrial accidents and diseases, and research into their cause and possible solutions.
